Food and Beverage Policy

Consumption of food and beverages is strictly confined to designated areas. With the exception of items required as props for active filming, food and drink are prohibited within the main premises. Special provisions may be granted for authorized events and functions.

Villa Furnishing & Seating Protocol

Production Staging: All furniture within the villa is for on-camera use only. To ensure the preservation of these high-end assets, we request that they are not used for crew or talent relaxation.

Designated Lounge: A dedicated seating area has been established for all breaks and off-camera staging. Please ensure all crew and talent utilize this designated space to maintain the integrity of the villa's interior.

Cleaning & Maintenance Policy

Standard Cleaning Fee: A professional cleaning charge of AED 500 per day is applicable to all bookings.

Frequency: This fee is applied on a per-day basis for the duration of the reservation to ensure the premises remain in shoot-ready condition.

Scope: This coverage includes the restoration of all production areas, designated lounges, and common facilities utilized by the crew and talent.

Minimum Booking Policy

Standard Requirement: All reservations are subject to a minimum booking duration of 4 hours.

Scheduling: Please ensure your production timeline accounts for this minimum requirement. Bookings falling under this duration will be invoiced at the base 4-hour rate.

Extension: Any time utilized beyond the initial 4-hour booking will be billed according to our standard hourly rates.

Security Deposit & Damage Policy

Deposit Requirement: A mandatory refundable security deposit of AED 5,000/- is required to be settled prior to the commencement of the booking.

Reconciliation of Charges: This deposit serves as a security against any potential property damage or unauthorized overtime. Any costs incurred for repairs, professional cleaning beyond the standard scope, or production overages will be reconciled against this amount.

Overtime Deductions: Any time utilized beyond the scheduled booking duration will be automatically deducted from the deposit at our standard hourly rates.

Refund Process: Following a successful post-shoot inspection and final walkthrough of the villa, the remaining balance of the AED 5,000/- will be processed for return.
